The Fitness Center features many cardio machines and a large aerobic area for flexibility training and aerobic workouts. The weight rooms offer several options from free weights to state-of-the-art resistance equipment. Exercise at your own pace with friends, your iPod, or the free Cable TV. The Fitness Center is open and available for all traditional undergraduate students, faculty, and staff with the accompaniment of a college I.D. card.

Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Wednesday: Closed for chapel (10:10 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.)
Friday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Dress appropriately. You want to wear clothes that give you freedom to move but keep you well covered. You must wear a shirt and have on closed toe athletic shoes while working out. Cell phone use of any kind in the locker room is not permitted. Taking pictures or videos of others using the Fitness Center without their direct consent is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of Fitness Center privileges.
