Hiram, OH – After a 14 game winning streak the Hiram Terriers handed the Geneva Golden Tornadoes a 3-1 loss (18-25, 25-20, 20-25, 21-25). The non-conference road woes lower Geneva’s overall record to 15-6, remaining 10-1 in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC).
Marissa Naples (Cortland, OH/Lakeview) posted 14 kills (.344) and nine digs.
Bailey McDonald (Amity, PA/Bishop Canevin) recorded 19 assists while Alaina Lytle (Warren, OH/Lakeview) tallied 11.
Six Golden Tornadoes earned double digit digs lead by Gabrielle Dickson (Brookfield, OH/Kennedy Catholic) with 25.
Geneva returns to the road for another non-conference match on Saturday, October 8 at 2 p.m. against Franciscan University.
