Tennis opens conference play 8-1 over Thiel

Greenville, PA- Tennis opened its’ conference season in an 8-1 win on the road today at Theil College. The win hands Geneva a 2-0 overall record, 1-0 in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference.

Sara Stoll (Norwalk, OH/Norwalk) won both in first singles and second doubles to open her sophomore campaign in the PAC. Stoll defeated her singles opponent 6-4, 6-1 while, along with Megan Hinds (Montrose, PA/Montrose), defeating their doubles opponents 8-2.

Geneva will be back on the court for a 10 a.m. game Saturday morning, September 12, to host Thomas More at the Brady’s Run courts.
