WILLIAMSPORT, PA - Geneva’s men’s soccer game was moved up an hour because of the threat of bad weather, but the change didn’t do the Golden Tornadoes any good as Geneva fell 2-0 and dropped their season record to 3-1-1 while host Lycoming improved to 4-1.
Geneva allowed one goal in each half and managed just six shots on goal. Junior Jonathan Shoaf (Virginia Beach, VA/Norfolk Christian) recorded two of those shots to lead Geneva.
The Golden Tornadoes return home Wednesday, hosting Mount Union (OH).
