Geneva will host its annual Family Weekend on November 12-13, 2010. This will be a special time for students and their families to enjoy an array of festivities from dinners and games to dramatic performances and athletic competition.
Families can check in on the second floor of the student center at 4 p.m. on Friday, November 12. The family dinner will kick the weekend off starting at 4:45 p.m. There are a range of activities and events from which families may participate, including those which are free and those which include a fee. Prior registration is required for some events. Please see event list below for more information.
“We want to them to have the opportunity to share some of their experiences with their families. Families can share a meal together, participate in Family Feud, enjoy the Broadway Revue, attend a theater production and so much more,” says Becky Phillips, Director of Constituent Relations.
“The family unit is a part of God's wonderful creation. Family Weekend allows us to celebrate the families that God has given to us by spending time and enjoying activities together. Families can also experience a typical chapel service and spend time praying together,” says Becky Phillips.
Geneva invites students and families to participate in the weekend′s events. Click here to register online.
