Paul K. Moser
Paul K. Moser is professor and chairperson of philosophy at Loyola University Chicago. He is currently editor of the American Philosophical Quarterly (2007-present) and co-editor of the new Cambridge University Press Book Series on Religion, Philosophy, and Society. His books include two recent works on the philosophy of religion: The Elusive God: Reorienting Religious Epistemology (Cambridge, 2008), and The Evidence for God: Religious Knowledge Reexamined (Cambridge, 2010)), earlier monographs in epistemology (Philosophy after Objectivity (Oxford University, 1993) and Knowledge and Evidence (Cambridge, 1989)), and several edited and co-edited volumes (including Jesus and Philosophy: New Essays (Cambridge, 2009), Oxford Handbook of Epistemology(Oxford, 2002), The Wisdom of the Christian Faith(Cambridge, forthcoming 2012), Divine Hiddenness: New Essays (Cambridge, 2002), and The Rationality of Theism(Routledge, 2003)). He lives in the north suburbs of Chicago with his wife.

S. Joel Garver, Respondent
S. Joel Garver is assistant professor of philosophy at La Salle University in Philadelphia. His interests focus on epistemology, philosophical theology, philosophy and pop culture, and contemporary continental philosophy. His latest publication is "The Magic of Personal Transformation" in The Ultimate Harry Potter and Philosophy (Wiley-Blackwell 2010). He frequently presents at regional philosophy conferences and give talks at churches. Garver is the communications coordinator for the Greater Philadelphia Philosophy Consortium and liturgist at his parish in the University City section of Philadelphia. He is a native of Philadelphia where he lives with his wife, Laurel, and their daughter, Claire.
