Geneva’s Nursing program meets Pennsylvania’s requirements for registered nursing licensure. Successful completion of the Associate Degree of Nursing curriculum at CCBC, meets educational eligibility criteria for the National Council for Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) for obtaining their license to practice as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania.

If you are a Geneva student who plans to seek initial nursing licensure outside of Pennsylvania, you should review requirements on the state board website to make sure that the program meets the qualifications for your state. State-specific licensure requirements are available by navigating to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) website and then identifying the specific state from the drop-down menu.
