Clara Schumann Society Membership
Requirements and Benefits
Clara Schumann Society
Requirements for Performance Members
The primary requirement for Performance membership in the Clara Schumann
Society is that you perform in public concert any music by Clara Schumann
(as singer, pianist, instrumentalist, conductor, etc.), especially during
the year 1996, for which you submit to the Society a printed program.
Programs may be sent through the mail, or sent via
email
(it is preferred that both a paper copy and electronic copy are submitted,
but not necessary).
It must be verifiable that you actually did perform the music. Thus,
a location, date, time, and sponsoring institution, if applicable, are
needed. Proposed programs are not acceptable for membership. However, if
you are planning a concert, please submit information about time, place,
and participants; we will post your plans on the "Clara
Today" page.
Please send with the program any of the following: email address, home
page address (http...), phone number, mailing address.

analysis, history, literature, biography, sociology, etc.), especially
during the year 1996, for which you submit to the Society a printed title
page, abstract, and table of contents.
